Policy cancellation 

Due to an increase in failures to show and short notice cancellations we have to start respect our cancellation policy. Of course for some reason some cancellations can not be planned and we will take all circumstances into account.

• Please be vise enough to provide 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments

• If you can’t attend at the agreed date and time, there is a 24h cancellation policy  where you can reschedule your appointment free of charge. 
The only confirmed cancellation buy our team are accepted. 📍

• Failure to show for your appointment will result in FULL PAYMENT being added to your next visit.

• Unfortunately, more than 1 missed appointments without 24 hours notice, will result in refusal of future bookings and treatments without payment upfront at the time of booking.

• If you running late please be kind enough to notify us 🙏🏻 so we can rearrange or plan your treatment accordingly. This may involve decreasing treatment time Clients arriving late will still be charged the full treatment price even if their treatment is amended.
 
• If you change your mind about treatment you want that’s no problem at all, please 🙏🏻 let us know at lest 48 hours in advance so we will be able to optimize our schedule for everyone.
